This is Reality?

Sunday, April 24, 2011

One of my guilty pleasures is Sunday night "reality" tv.  I've been watching The Celebrity Apprentice each week for as long as I can stand it.  If you didn't see it, this week's episode was about promoting the Trump Hotels. To tie in to this segment, I thought it might be fun to take a little web tour of what the Trump Hotels have to offer.

Gorgeous, although it doesn't really fit into my reality!

And in other Reality TV observations...

This season's NYC Housewives are (almost) more than I can stomach..

But....

this gives me hope!  Premieres May 31 at 10:00 p.m.  Will you be watching?

Yes Kim this could be a good one to watch!!

Agree the Housewives have had their time.

I did stay at The Trump in Las Vegas, which was wonderful!

Reality tv is definitely a guilty pleasure. Sign me up for the new design show on Bravo!

I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I watch almost everything on Bravo from chefs to catty women! For sure I'll be watching the decorators! I'm sure there will be something to learn from them, don't you think? That's my excuse, and I'm sticking with it!!
Do you know who the design team for Trump towers is? In house, maybe?

I'm very excited to see "Million Dollar Decorators" in hopes of finding some advice or vision that can be distilled down to my *ahem* not-million dollar budget.

Yes I will be watching Million Dollar Decorators! Can't wait! If HG doesn't get rid of all of those "house hunting" shows I am going to scream! International Househunters, House Hunters, My First Place, the Virgin one! Every single night! I am OVER it!!

And now, I am hooked on Mob Wives! What is wrong with me???

Have a great week!

Oh yes, I'll admit that I've had my little fling with Real Housewives of NYC and OC. It's just so fascinating to me that people actually live their lives that way. Icky, but intriguing...

I must admit that I have not been watching lately. There is a little non reality in these shows, but I wouldn't mind staying in one of these suites!
Hope all is well with you, Kim.

I wouldn't expect the Trump Hotel to be anything less than luxurious =) About the reality shows, I don't even own a TV (by choice), but I'm starting to realize I'm missing out on a lot of great design shows =( That's the only selling point that could persuade me into getting a TV haha!
