Around my World in 90 seconds!

Wednesday, April 27, 2011

My world is a mixed bag lately.  Let's dive right in.

1.  Alyssa's prom is Friday!  Can't reveal the details, but if her dress were a room, it would look something like this

2. Horrible storms are have been passing through here all day.  Thankfully we still have power and our trees are still upright.  This neighbor wasn't so lucky...

3.  My peonies and roses are blooming at the same time!

4.  New stuff at the shop

5.  Sold these this week:

Pair of French twin beds

Painted sideboard

Hope the rest of your week is tranquil :)

nothing like flowers blooming to make you smile. Your shop items look great. I have those little tables with the brass base. I knew we had similar taste. I love your header! the whole blog looks so good.

Kim,
Like your header and the photos of the shop look fabulous! Lots of great looking things! I'm with you, we've had bad storms here all last night and today. Don't know if any tornados actually touched down or if just wind but we've had a lot of damage here today, some at the end of my street, trees, down, stoplights blown away, roof damage etc. Hopefully they will be gone soon for both of us!
Rebecca
P.S. You should try and make it up to the flea sometime!

What great flowers! I'm managing to keep an orchid alive currently, which is the most I can handle at once when it comes to plants. :)

I heard from my family how badly Chattanooga was hit today. Hope you and yours are all ok.

So glad to hear you didn't have any major storm damage - obviously some areas were hit badly. Store is looking great. And your flowers - wow - beautiful!! Can't wait for my peonies to bloom. It's always such a short bittersweet season!!
