Fun With Frames

Thursday, February 3, 2011

I have a few perfectly imperfect vintage gold frames in my shop right now. No worries if you don't have the perfectly sized art piece - you can still do cool stuff like this!

Gold on white - always right!

I've been thinking about doing this for a while. I'm currently trying to find the right wall for it! And yes, vintage is the way to go in my book;-)

I remember that design star episode with Casey's space! I also love the idea of hanging empty frames as art. I love the photos where the frames are layered. Great, creative post! Please check out my latest post series on virtual design magazines!

I love empty frames on a wall. Gold on white has to be my favorite. Traditional with a twist.

GM Kim!! Love picture frames as an architectural feature. I really like the depth they can add to a wall. Happy Weekend and thank you for your sweet visits to my blog. I posted the fabrics I am using in the playroom today!!! Having fun on this project,Kathysue

I loved Casey's frame wall so much I started looking for gold frames throughout the year at vintage stores. I've only found about five that I liked up to this point, but I'd love to fill a wall with them. Sometimes the frame is more interesting that any art you could fill it with.
