Powder rooms are the perfect opportunity to create a little magic in your own home - and you can often make a real statement without spending loads of money. . Since powder rooms are usually small on square footage, they don't require a big investment in materials.
I am convinced that wallpaper gives you the biggest bank for your buck in a powder room. I have never tried to do this myself, but I hear it's the hardest space to work in!

I love using a contrasting fun wallpaper on the ceiling...a jewelbox affect! These are so great, all amazing examples!
I love wallpaper in a powder room I also like dark colors to make it look like a jewel box, like the last picture, when I saw it I took pause, so elegant, Kathysue
Wow I love that first photo. I love the pink and brown combination!

Love these spaces, especially the Miles Redd and that last one!! Love it all!!
Powder rooms are the perfect place to experiment with a funky or dramatic wallpaper! Love the images!
sadly there's nothing special in mine!! i love that black wallpaper and the orchids paper too - stunning! jxx
Oh, love the wallpaper! I go for white walls...so have not tried wallpaper-- but I think the powder room is the perfect place for me to try it out! Take care, Caroline
Gorgeous wallpaper....
Thanks for the visit and happy Monday!

You are right, it does make a huge impact and since power rooms tend to be small, you won't need a great deal of paper.
I took wallpapering classes years ago and we were advised to never make our first papering project a powder room or to use stripes the first time around-I did both before getting that piece of information. As long as you are up for a lot of trimming, it's definitely worth the work.
Thanks for visiting! I feel like we're neighbors now--Love this blog world. I'm in with the Zebs! Have a great week everyone!

Love these inspirations, Kim. My powder room is long overdue for an update. I was toying with a dramatic wallpaper or painting it black - both bold choices. Hmm. I need to add that to my project list!
I've got to get some wallpaper!!! Right now I have silver metallic paint and the ceiling painted black with chrome nailhead trim. Love these images!
I love an elaborate powder room. It's like a little secret. My mother did hers like the last one - dramatic blacks/golds and she wallpapered the whole thing herself. I have a wall of mosaic glass tiles from floor to ceiling which looks great but I DID NOT do it myself! I like the papers with the big bold flowers.
I love adding seating or ottomans to small bathrooms, it adds the unexpected and an extra surface area. Loving the Thibalt wallpaper!
I LOVE the wallpapered bathrooms! We are moving at some point this year, and might have to rent briefly. I read a tutorial, I think it was in Lonny, about how to apply wallpaper with double-sided tape (for rentals). I might just have to give this a shot if I can't do it in my own home right away, could probably pull it off in a small space! XX!
The first one is gorgeous (and so my style!) I love the effect of wallpapers, even if on just one wall.
Thanks for the well wishes on our anniversary and trop dear!
I'm definitely doing wallpaper in my next house, I love the look! It's such a great opportunity to add punch & pizazz to a small space.
if i were to wallpaper a room, it would be the powder room. love this trend!
i love pretty powder rooms too!
i just put a lot of nice fluffy napkins and colorful pot pourri to prettify our powder room.
