Patience - a tough one, because I want it yesterday! But as the years go by I've found that if I just keep working at something God will send it me when the time is right.
Perserverance - Sometimes it's hard not to get overwhelmed by all the things we're expected to get finished each day. The demands of work, family and household chores seem to have no end. Don't give up! You're another step closer to meeting your goal!
Passion - one of God's greatest gifts to us, so why not pursue your passion whole-heartedly and let it bring you joy?
Wishing you every success in this new year!

Wow this is better than any resolutions. What wonderful things to strive for. You have inspired me.
We live in Tennessee also!
Happy New Year, Kim. I need to work on all of these two! Wishing you much luck in 2011.

Hey there! Your blog looks amazing! Happy New year and new look to you!
A wonderful way to start the new year. Glad to have you back blogging.
You're so cute, I love the making friends with your 10 pounds. She won't ever leave your side and will keep you warm! I keep saying that myself and acting like I'll get into my jeans pre-kids :) Happy New Year, love the green!!! XO
Great way to spin New Year's resolutions...I need some patience too!! I just hate waiting for it ;)
Happy New Year!
xo Jade
What a great way to look at resolutions! I could use some help with patience myself. Good luck with achieving your virtues this year.
Great list! I could also use this. Have a great day!
If I don't clean up my files, my book keeper will fire me! I realize, though, in practicing patience, I have to identify my "buttons" and then pay attention very carefully when I notice people pushing them.
best,
Liz
Those are all achievable! Unlike losing those last 10 lbs!!! That is nearly impossible because the minute you lose them your body starts on a determined path to reclaim them!!!
Happy New Year Kim.
These are great- oh patience, how I work on it all the time! I did not make any resolutions this year either, I am going to remember these though!
I needed to hear ALL of these to get me motivated!
I have made friends with that 10 pounds...however, I am not so frienly with this last 5 making it 15! I am on a diet!
Happy New Year and much success to you in 2011!

Love it. I thought about making resolutions but I haven't gotten around to it.
I make resolutions and I am going to stick to each and every one of them all year long:)

I agree! It's all in God's time, and I can't do anything without His help anyway. Here's wishing you the best in 2011 my friend! XX!
I will be making a lot of friends this year. Great post!
Love this...so much better than another resolution to lose weight!
I like your idea so much better-no resolutions for me--I always seem to break them! Hope you had a fantastic holiday! xxB
So, so good :) x
